The one word that describes ATS Bootcamp programs is VARIETY!
ATS Bootcamp keeps workouts fresh and new by changing the routines without compromising the quality of exercise or the positive impact to the muscle groups worked.
The only rut I've seen in the program is the one left from pulling that damn sled....

Dear Troy, I just want to thank you for all that you have done over the years to maintain my physical and mental health. As a 50+ aged female, it is difficult to find a trainer who will take me seriously and also challenge me to increase my strength and endurance.
In particular, I have totally enjoyed the outdoor fitness camp. It has taken me from junior high PE drop-out to one who looks forward to exercising outdoors and pushing my abilities to the limit.
I feel great, am fit, and frankly, can out lift many gals 15 years my junior. Recently, my rheumatologist ran bone density tests.
I have increased my bone mass by 6% due to your efforts.
Without the sled pulls, kettle bell drills, calisthenics and other forms of "torture" I wouldn't be where I am today. I plan to keep working out as long as you're there to push me along!
Patricia M. Young,
To whom it may concern, Have you ever sat a home and watched Dr. Phil, Oprah, or other programs that have featured physically fit people that were somehow miraculously transformed after years of being out of shape or overweight?
Did you ever think, wow, I wish I could do that! Well you can! In the past year that I have been working out with Troy, at his boot camp, I have lost 15 pounds(I started at 157 and am 5'4").
I feel better than I have in years! It is well worth the time and effort. I met new friends who are also working out to keep fit. It is a workout, but I am so glad I took the time to take that first step to get in shape.
Sincerely, J Carol Davenport
I find the outdoor fitness camps to be the best method of exercise, for myself, for the following reasons:
1) no question...best value for the money. I get an individual program, over an hour, for $25 2) Its outside. Even when its very hot, or very cold, nothing is as nice as working out outside. You just feel better doing it. 3) fellow victims. Its nice to work out with others and be encouraging to them and also being encouraged by them. 4) competition. You can't help but be competitive against others that are working alongside you. You won't "wimp out" as quickly when others are not, and are watching you. 5) starting the day out right. The whole day goes better when we begin it with boot camp.

The first morning I showed up for boot camp I kept saying to myself “There is no way in hell I can do this!” I huffed and puffed through the whole hour and had aches and pains for days. But, surprisingly, I returned.
And, week after week, my confidence grew as I got stronger and stronger. Then somewhere-in-there a mind and body shift occurred.
At Troy’s prompting, I began to question why I say the words “I can’t” so often. “Am I really physically unable to complete a task or do I just want to be coddled?” Good question.
Yet, despite my continued “I can’t” protests, Troy kept pushing me onward and I kept building strength and muscle one day at a time and I started to actually feel better—better than I had felt in years. As unconventional as it is, the challenge of pulling weighed down sleds across a field suddenly became something I eagerly wanted to do at 6 o’clock in the morning during monsoon season.
I credit Troy with being able to take me from saying: “I can’t do it” to “I can.”
Troy Rocks!
So far I’ve lost 18 pounds and 8% body fat. I am so grateful that he was able to not only take a sincere interest in my fitness goals but help me break down the mental barriers that were keeping me from taking a sincere interest in myself and my overall health.
