Will I get yelled at?
No, absolutely not that is not they way we work at ATS Fitness Camps
we coach and encourage you to perform to the best of your ability.
What if I can't do a drill?
That's ok, the ATS Fitness Camps coach will quickly develop an
approriate solution whether it is taking the drill down or up a notch in
intensity or using a completely different drill
What if I can't keep up?
That's fine, we only ask that your give you best effort;
and you will get nothing but encouragement from the other
campers and the coach. Everyone finishes.
Does it go all year long?
Absolutely, rain, sleet, or very hot summers we go all year round
it never gets terribly hot or cold. Plus, fitness is not a part time things it is an every day activity
What time does it start?
6AM Every Tuesday and Thursday morning
How long is each camp session?
Until camp is done. Each camp is programmed to last
approximately an hour, sometimes it takes a few minutes more.
What type of people participate in camp?
All types. We have had firefighters, young athletic men and women,
working professionals, there have even been multiple campers that are in their 60's.
So we do truly work with all types of people.
What do I need to bring?
At least 1 quart/liter of water maybe more, a small sweat towel, just in case it
isn’t common sense lace up tennis shoes, in the winter time gloves and
a stocking hat
How should I dress?
Dress in comfortable workout clothes. In the summer that is usually
shorts and a light T-shirt. In the winter it is usually workout pants and a sweatshirt.
How hard will I have to work?
You will be coached and encouraged to give 100% of your best effort on every drill,
otherwise if we didn't try to coach you to that effort level we wouldn't be doing our job.
Plus WE KNOW you capable of SO MUCH MORE than you give yourself credit for.
Can anyone come to ATS Fitness Camps?
NO, to put it simply because our type of bootcamp is not for everyone.
We require everyone to submit an application for approval prior to starting.
The reason for this is to make sure we are putting the right kinds of people into our bootcamp.
If your application is not excepted we can recommend you to one of the other camps that might be a better match for you.

Can bootcamp help build bone density?
Absolutely, because we use progressive resistance training,
which is the only way that bone density can be consistently build.
Other camps do not provide this type of progressive training.
Will I get stronger?
If you decide to join us I guarantee that you will become stronger
and more functional than you have ever been in your entire life.
Daily tasks once thought impossible will be a breeze.
Can this camp help me get in shape to run a 5K up to Marathon?
Without a doubt, we train anaerobic fitness as well as strength endurance training,
these two distinct training modules are often overlooked by running programs.
What does that mean to you, you will be able to carry the weight of your body further, faster, with less effort.
Do the exercise ever change?
Always we change the exercise drills every 4-6 weeks. At ATS Fitness Camps there is never a dull moment.
Will I have to lift heavy weights?
No, you will be assigned weights based on your fitness level, with the #1
one determining factor being technique, you will never be given a weight that you can't be 100% technically proficient with.
How many people will there be at any single camp session?
·Since ATS Fitness Camps is so special and unique, we limit our camp size to only 10 participants.
This is also because we want to insure that everyone gets the highest level of coaching possible, if we
were like other camps and had 20-40 participants we would not be able to provide the quality of coaching we want.
Just in case you are wondering, 4 of the 20 spaces are already taken, that leaves only 16 for those of you considering signing up.
